Every project begins with an on-site consultation, where we assess and measure your bathroom, discuss your vision, and understand your priorities. We then develop a tailored design concept and provide an estimate outlining the expected investment for the proposed design, products, and materials, ensuring it aligns with your goals and budget.

Once you're ready to proceed, you'll meet with one of our experienced interior designers in our showroom to select products, finishes, and fittings that suit your style and budget. Together, we'll refine the design and finalise every detail before providing a comprehensive quotation covering all labour, materials, products, and services required for your renovation.

CONSTRUCTION & COMPLETION

With everything approved, your dedicated Project Manager takes care of the rest. They coordinate our team of qualified tradespeople, oversee every stage of construction, and ensure exceptional workmanship, clear communication, and a seamless renovation from start to finish.

We only take on complete bathroom renovations. No partial jobs and no cutting corners. This means we can strip everything back, and see what’s actually going on behind the walls and floor to make sure there’s no hidden moisture, mould or other surprises waiting for you later. With our team of qualified trades, any issues can be taken care of properly as part of the renovation.

It also means we can provide our full 10-year workmanship warranty, giving you confidence in the work we’ve completed. We like knowing that everything has been done properly, and that you can too.

Michael oversees the construction side of things, combining technical expertise with a hands-on, practical approach. He works closely with trades and clients to bring beautiful, functional bathrooms to life while keeping the process stress-free and enjoyable.

Georgia curates refined & bespoke bathroom designs tailored to each client’s needs, taste and lifestyle. With a deep understanding of materials, finishes, and current trends, she works collaboratively with clients to make sure every space feels personal, functional & beautifully finished
