I can't say enough good things about Elite Bathroom! The whole experience was a breeze, thanks to their awesome communication. They kept me in the loop at every step, making it stress-free. I was so impressed with the design! Elizabeth has incredible taste; she totally understood what I was going for and made some amazing suggestions that perfectly blend practicality and style. The finished bathroom is beyond what I imagined. The attention to detail and quality are top-notch. Right from the moment we stepped into the Elite Showroom we got great service, advice and undivided attention. Georgia, our designer was very helpful, flexible and patient with all our changes and decisions. We renovated two bathrooms and are very happy with the quality of work. Jodie the project manager was extremely professional and offered aesthetic and practical solutions that worked best for us. His entire team was equally efficient. I love the bath spout (waterfall tap) from Elite  which arrived by post. When I phoned up to report it had a scratch on it, Amy gave me great customer service. Brilliant service from Elite right from the initial stages dealing with Elizabeth to the end. NO question was too hard nor did we ever get the feeling that we were annoying!j Jodey, our project manager kept us informed at all times and wanted us to be completely satisfied with the work being done  . Lionel ,Simon Neil,Stu and Mike did an amazing job and were at all times respectful of us and our home. We would totally recommend  Elite and are extremely happy with our new bathroom.A very professional job in all respects.

I loved every step of my renovation with Bathrooms by Elite.  Georgia was so knowledgable when she came for the first consultation, I immediately felt at ease.  She "got" what I was after straight away and the plans reflected that.  I had so much fun in the showroom choosing all the bits and pieces and Georgia was again such a big help.  Jodey and his team were so professional and skilled.  This was the renovation of an apartment bathroom meaning limited space and too many stairs.  Nothing was an issue, everything was completed on time and to a really high standard.  There were only a few minor issues and I knew about them, and the solutions, straight away.
